Volkswagen Anhui Super Factory

The Volkswagen Anhui Core Component Industrial Park Project is located in the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project's land area is approximately 1,322 mu, with a total construction area of approximately 678,200 m², including an above-ground construction area of approximately 669,900 m² and an underground construction area of approximately 8,300 m².

It includes 22 unit projects, such as the Press and Weld Joint Shop, Battery Workshop, Energy Center, Technical Center, Canteen, Final Assembly Shop, Sorting Shop, Security Center, Paint Shop, Employee Parking Building, and Main Guardhouse.

The steel structure construction area is approximately 580,000 m², involving 19 individual units. Its structural forms include steel trusses, steel frames, and portal steel frames. The total steel consumption is nearly 80,000 tons, with over 520,000 steel components, a cumulative length of 1,500 km, 6,000 km of weld seams, and 1.3 million bolts of various types. The output value is approximately 865 million yuan.
